Types of Contact Services Provided
Hi again, just reviewing what we actually offer on weekends so you know what to book:
- Providing you with a space
- Supported by a staff member
- Supervised Contact
- Providing a record of the contact
- Providing a report to court if required
Referral Requirements & Procedure
Visits are strictly by referral only. Please review the acceptable referral channels below:
- Social worker referral
- Solicitor referral
- Family mediator referral
- CAFCASS officer referral (formerly known as court family welfare officer)
- Court order
- Self refferal
The person making the referral must fill out a referral form and send it directly to the Centre Co-ordinator. How often you come depends on availability and when the Centre is open.

Please note our Day Nursery operates Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm for children aged 3 months to 5 years, while the Contact Centre operates strictly on weekends.
